Communications Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), a non-profit, independent membership organization that represents the global trade interest of U.S. soy producers, processors, exporters and traders, seeks an experienced communications professional to assist in message development and outreach activities. This individual will work with other headquarters staff and regional offices on content development and production/distribution of all USSEC publications, including the website. This individual will focus on ensuring message consistency across all audiences and will require frequent collaboration with various stakeholder organizations. Duties include media relations, preparing, writing and editing weekly newsletters, status reports, presentations and talking point messages. Additional duties include assistance in issues management and communications on organizational governance. The Communications Manager will report to the Director of Strategy and Resource Development and will be located at the headquarters office in Chesterfield, MO.
Qualified applicants will possess five years of relevant experience in food, agriculture or industry association communications plus a bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism or equivalent work experience. Job requirements include: strong writing, editing, messaging, verbal communication skills, and expert computer skills (including presentation software, graphics, website and social media savvy and knowledge of both print production and electronic publishing mediums and formats). Applicant must be able to work independently within a team environment to support a diverse organization, often under tight deadline pressure. Periodic travel is required. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for directing, overseeing and managing the design of Company’s quality, process and policy programs through the lens of the customer and support Company’s frontline employees. Director, Customer Care II-Rochester, MN
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for directing the Customer Care Call Center site involving all activities that contribute to the acquisition, satisfaction and retention of customers. Oversee the sales and/or service, retention, quality, workforce management, IT, human resources and operational departments within that site.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
- Direct the attainment of key performance indicators including service level, quality, sales, revenue, productivity/efficiency, reliability, and attrition objectives
- Direct the budget process including managing departmental expenditures and staying within budget guidelines

Procurement Leader
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position leads the procurement function for this $500M + manufacturing company (an equal employment employer) located in the St. Louis area. Responsible for managing all procurement activities (maintenance, operations, etc.) in a timely and cost effective manner at multiple facilities, including providing direction for staff, and establishing annual goals and objectives for the function. Other responsibilities include: managing and supporting the company supplier compliance and quality standards program, negotiating service contracts, managing inventory and in-plant delivery services, and tracks outside contractor insurance and compliance according to risk management requirements. This position requires a minimum of 7 – 10 years purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, B.S. degree in business and prefer a MBA and/or a PIM, and experience with ERP systems, preferable SAP. This position is responsible for the provision of nursing care in a well respected large hospital, part of a multi-state system, located in suburban St. Louis Missouri. This position will direct the quality, resource management, and be accountable to insure the implementation of current standards of practice and care for Women’s Health Services. Supervise 10 – 14 Nurse Managers and a department of 500 nurses while working collaboratively with physicians and other departments to achieve quality patient outcomes. 8,000 babies are born annually at the hospital with a goal of 10,000. Responsible for compliance with licensing and regulatory standards and promotes professional nursing practice by insuring competency validation and providing ongoing clinical continuing education opportunities. Participates in the development and implementation of strategic and business plans for Women’s Health Services. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and service standards of the organization. Unrestricted license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Missouri or the credentials to be registered required.
